Efficient and helpful staff, spotless and comfortable room, good wifi. Easily reached from the airport by bus and short walk. Frequent public transport to city center, not a problem to explore. Unexpected wildlife sightings on the urban walk. Nice looking, cozy, and fairly spacious room. 24/7 staff availability. Pleasant breakfast. Super helpful staff. a nice hotel for a comfortable stay and convenient access to attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - away from the business of the city centre in a very pleasant district of Amsterdam. We appreciated the convenience of its location and being able to take public transport, as well as the helpful staff at the front office. They went above and beyond in explaining how to get to the tram stop without walking through the wooded area at night. Additionally, the room was beautiful with all the necessary amenities including a comfortable enormous bed, sink, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The staff here are supposed to be the best in customer service and we were not disappointed.

The hotel was luxury, with perfect location close to airport. I enjoyed having an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The breakfast was savoury and had lots of food. This was my second great stay here and I would stay here again.

Stayed for two nights and more than suitable for us, staff were pleasant and cute. Room was fairly clean, however marks and stains on almost everything- chairs, bed sheets, even pen marks on curtains. Much further out from the center of Amsterdam than expected, but Tram 2 was only a pleasant 6 min walk away and easy to use.

The location of the hotel is really great, as it is easily accessible by tram and situated in a peaceful suburb. Additionally, there is another bus stop nearby that requires a much shorter walk of only 850m. The rooms are clean and pretty, with a nice view from some of them. The staff is friendly and the breakfast offers enough variety for a couple of days. The hotel also has a convenient counter in the lobby where you can scan and pay by card for snacks and drinks.

The reception staff could be more attentive and helpful.

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The Wi-Fi was great, and the bathroom was nice. The location was convenient, as it was only 10 minutes away from the airport and 800 meters from the tram and metro stations. We could easily take Tram to the central station, which took about 45 minutes. The hotel is also located near parks, which allowed us to enjoy bike rides and walks.

The hotel is conveniently located in a non-central area, which means that it's quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It's slightly costly to reach the city by cab, but there is an easy and cost-effective alternative to get to the airport. there is another bus stop nearby that requires a much shorter walk, making it easier to access the bus station for Amsterdam. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and excellent en suite bathrooms. The all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is of high quality, although it can be a bit pricey if you're not a big breakfast eater.

There is only one elevator in the hotel to accommodate the numerous guests, leading to inconvenience and long waiting times at times.

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in Amsterdam that offers great value for money. The tram ride to the city center was enjoyable and the hotel itself was nice and modern. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast provided plentiful options. Despite a couple of minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel for a stay in Amsterdam.
